PURCHASE OPTIONS POLICY

W.O.M.A.N Impact Collection, LLC may offer different ways to purchase Mulier merchandise depending upon product availability and the stage of a particular collection release.
IN-STOCK PURCHASES
An in-stock purchase is an order for merchandise represented as available for fulfillment from existing inventory.
Availability remains subject to successful payment processing and final inventory confirmation.
PRE-ORDERS
A pre-order allows a customer to purchase or reserve merchandise before it is ready for regular shipment.
When a product is offered for pre-order, the product page will provide available information concerning the anticipated release, production, or fulfillment period.
Pre-order dates may be estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
LIMITED PRODUCT DROPS
Mulier collections may be offered through limited releases or product drops.
Quantities may be limited by colorway, style, or size.
Adding merchandise to a shopping cart does not guarantee availability.
An order is not secured until checkout is completed, payment authorization is received, and the order is accepted.
MADE-TO-ORDER OR SPECIAL-ORDER PRODUCTS
Certain future products may be offered on a made-to-order or special-order basis.
When applicable, special conditions concerning production time, cancellation, or return eligibility will be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include payment services provided by Shopify or authorized third-party payment processors.
Any installment, buy-now-pay-later, or similar financing option is provided subject to the terms and approval requirements of the applicable third-party provider.
W.O.M.A.N Impact Collection, LLC does not control the provider's credit or financing decisions.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Discount codes and promotional offers:

Must be used within their stated validity period.

May be subject to product exclusions.

May not be combined unless expressly allowed.

Have no cash value unless required by law.
PRICE CHANGES
Product prices may change from time to time.
A later price reduction does not automatically entitle a customer to reimbursement of the difference unless a particular promotion states otherwise.
TAXES
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected as required.
PURCHASE CONFIRMATION
Customers should receive an order confirmation after successful submission of an order.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not prevent us from subsequently canceling an order because of payment failure, inventory error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products where legally permissible.
If we cannot fulfill merchandise for which payment has been received, the affected amount will be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that circumstances may change after an order is placed.
STANDARD ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order enters final fulfillment or is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Cancellation requests should be sent promptly to:

Request to cancel.
We will make reasonable efforts to honor cancellation requests.
However, because orders may be processed quickly, submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be stopped before shipment.
If the order has already shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery if the merchandise qualifies under our Return and Refund Policy.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Unless different terms are clearly disclosed on the applicable product page, customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before the merchandise has entered final fulfillment.
If the pre-order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the Return and Refund Policy will apply.
SHIPPING DELAYS
If we are unable to ship merchandise within the time represented at the time of purchase, customers will be provided any notice, cancellation opportunity, or refund required under applicable law.
Where required, customers may choose whether to accept a revised shipment timeframe or cancel the affected order and receive a refund.
CANCELLATIONS BY W.O.M.A.N IMPACT COLLECTION
We may cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount.
CUSTOM OR SPECIAL-ORDER PRODUCTS
If customized or specially manufactured merchandise is offered in the future, special cancellation restrictions may apply after production begins.
Any such restriction will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
REFUND METHOD
Approved cancellation refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
The time required for funds to appear after a refund is issued depends upon the applicable bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider.
