Refund policy
FULL REFUND FOR REQUIRED CANCELLATIONS
When an order must be cancelled because we cannot ship merchandise as required under applicable federal law, the refund will include the full amount paid for the affected unshipped merchandise, including applicable shipping and handling charges attributable to that merchandise.
A customer will not be charged a cancellation fee when federal law requires cancellation because we are unable to timely ship the merchandise.
PROMPT REFUNDS
Refunds required under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule will be issued within the timeframe required by that rule.
The FTC's definition of a prompt refund generally requires certain refunds to be sent within seven working days after the customer's right to the refund arises, subject to the particular payment method and circumstances specified by the rule.
Any additional time required for a refund to appear in a customer's account after we have issued it may depend upon the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
CUSTOM OR SPECIAL-ORDER PRODUCTS
If customized or specially manufactured merchandise is offered in the future, separate voluntary cancellation restrictions may apply after production begins.
Any special-order cancellation restriction will be disclosed before purchase and will not eliminate cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.
